How do you uninstall/re-install SchoolNET?
There is an issue with the PostgreSQL install if you ever try to re-install it because during the first install it creates a Windows user account called "postgres". If you re-install Postgres their installer does not recognise that you already have a user setup so it just errors.
To do a full re-install please follow these steps (in order):
- Uninstall Apache
- Uninstall PostgresSQL
- Delete user "Postrges"
- Delete the following directories (assuming you have installed everything in their
default locations):
- C:\PHP
- C:\Intranet
- C:\PostgresSQL (or "C:\Postgres")
- C:\Program Files\Apache.....
- Run the installation (no reboot should be required before re-install)
