"PostgreSQL is not installed" error message during install
If you receive the error message "PostgreSQL is not installed" during installation then the installer did not detect PostgreSQL was installed.
If you selected to install PostgreSQL as an option then the installation will have failed. If this is the case then try installing PostgreSQL manually.
If you did not select to install PostgreSQL then either re-run setup selecting PostgreSQL or install it manually and re-run setup.
