"Apache is not installed" error message during install
If you receive the error message "Apache is not installed" during installation then the installer did not detect Apache was installed.
If you selected to install Apache as an option then the installation will have failed. If this is the case then try installing Apache manually.
If you did not select to install Apache then either re-run setup selecting Apache or install it manually and re-run setup.
